Shipping

All deliveries are done by third party courier companies on behalf of online general dealers.

We Only deliver within South Africa.

All products are are sealed in packaging and are visually unidentifiable.

The company name on your invoice / Delivery Note will not display as discreet desires but Online General Dealers.

For discretion we don't use product descriptions on our invoice / delivery notes only product codes.

Returns

We only accept unused Products within 7 days of delivery.

A Handling fee of R50 will be charged for all returns.

We will not accept products which are returned without original packaging.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for any courier or delivery costs when returning products.

On the return of a faulty product no refunds will be given, but your shopping cart account will be credited
